Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Return Policy

We don’t accept returns after delivery, to minimize risk of infection and other potential patient issues. Patient care is the highest priority for us.

 

In the event that your order arrived damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@heelnyc.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
